Shane brings 10+ years in sales, building and property experience in the Northeast and specifically in the Newport area. Prior to working in sales and property management, Shane served in the Navy for seven years, including active duty in the Persian Gulf and special duties at the Naval War College in Newport. Shane lives in Warwick with his fiancé Jenn and Pug dog Newman. Shane enjoys golf, tennis, racquetball and plays electric guitar in the band 'Down to Earth'.

Jen hails from California where she met her husband while they were both working in the real estate industry. Jen lives in Middletown with her husband, son and long haired dachshund, Cricket. As a seasoned real estate broker, Jen brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jen is active in equestrian pursuits, tennis and enjoys running while keeping a close eye on the real estate landscape.

Stacie Mills, Principal Broker
Originally from Texas, Stacie has worked in sales and marketing for over 30 years, with over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. Stacie has brokered deals from Chicago to England and Atlanta to Abaco, although today, the Newport area is Stacie's primary focus. When not working on a clients marketing campaign or negotiating a real estate deal, Stacie enjoys hosting tailgate parties at Polo, cruising around Aquidneck Island and working on a number of charitable causes. Stacie and her faithful furry friend, Sargent, live on Historic Hill.

Mary Waddington, Sales Agent
Mary and her husband are very familiar with the Jamestown area where they live with their two boys and yellow Labrador Retriever, Camden . Besides being a knowledgeable licensed real estate agent, Mary is active in the Jamestown Special Education Local Advisory Committee, Youth Soccer Association, Annual Christmas Pageant, the Parent/Teacher Organization in Jamestown and Wheeler School in Providence. Mary also enjoys sailing, hiking and relaxing on the many beautiful RI beaches.
